1Definitions and Interpretation

Throughout this Terms and Conditions document, certain words and phrases carry specific meanings. Understanding these definitions will help you read and interpret the terms more accurately.

• "twclub" refers to the online entertainment platform accessible at twclub.app and through the twclub mobile app.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds a valid account at twclub.
• "Platform" refers to the entire twclub system, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided.
• "Funds" refers to the balance in your twclub account, including real money and eligible bonus credits.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, cash, free spins, or any incentive given by twclub as part of a promotional programme.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required before certain transactions can be processed.

2Eligibility and Registration

Twclub services are open only to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. twclub reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close accounts found not to meet these requirements.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• You must be an individual registering in a personal capacity — not as a corporate representative or on behalf of a third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. False information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) twclub account. Registering a second or additional account without authorisation is a violation of these terms.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the twclub platform is lawful under the laws of the country or region in which you reside.

The registration process involves email verification and, for your first withdrawal, identity verification (KYC) requiring a copy of a valid identification document. The KYC process is completed once and typically takes within 24 business hours.

3User Account

The security of your twclub account is a shared responsibility between you and twclub. twclub is responsible for maintaining a robust security infrastructure, while you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

• Your account password is confidential and must not be shared with anyone, including family members.
• Twclub will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to us immediately.
• You must notify twclub immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• All activity conducted through your account — including financial transactions and wagering — is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you report to us that your account has been accessed without permission.
• Twclub uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data communications and provides two-factor authentication (2FA), which is strongly encouraged for all members to activate.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Twclub supports a variety of local Malaysia payment methods, including FPX bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, and selected crypto assets. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposit-Related:

• The minimum deposit is RM30 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes. If a delay exceeds 30 minutes, please contact the twclub support team.
• Twclub does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, fees from your bank or digital wallet provider may apply.

Withdrawal-Related:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 for most methods. Withdrawals via local bank transfer are processed in under 5 minutes.
• Your withdrawal method must match the deposit method registered to your account. This is a security measure to prevent fraud.
• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification. Once verified, this process does not need to be repeated for future withdrawals.
• Twclub reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review purposes. In such cases, the member will be contacted within 24 hours.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Twclub offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements specified for each offer. Please read the specific terms of each promotion before accepting it.

• The welcome bonus is credited after the first qualifying deposit. Wagering requirements are typically between 15x and 30x, depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the relevant promotion terms. Some games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have a clearly stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.

6Game Rules

All games available on the twclub platform are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. twclub does not modify the mechanics or outcomes of any game.

• All games use a random number generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent body. Every game outcome is fully random and fair.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, twclub will attempt to restore the state to the last verified status prior to the disruption. If restoration is not possible, affected bets will be voided and funds returned.
• Settled game results are final. twclub cannot reverse game outcomes that have been determined by the system.
• For all Live Casino games, every dealer action is recorded and stored. In the event of a dispute, these recordings will serve as primary evidence in any investigation.
• Twclub reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any game for maintenance or updates without prior notice.

7Prohibited Conduct

Twclub maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, abuse, and activities that compromise the integrity of the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Owning or using more than one twclub account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using unauthorized automated software (bots), scripts, or tools to play or manipulate the system.
• Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or claiming non-authorization of a transaction that was genuinely carried out.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or table games.
• Abusing the bonus system in ways not intended by twclub, including opening new accounts solely to repeatedly claim the welcome bonus.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your twclub account to any other party.
• Using the twclub platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

8Account Closure and Suspension

There are two situations regarding account closure — one requested by the user and one initiated by twclub.

Closure at User's Request: You may close your twclub account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any remaining valid balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal once all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

Suspension by twclub: twclub reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms and conditions of use.
• Failed identity verification (KYC) or information found to be inaccurate.
• Suspicious activity or activity indicative of fraud.
• Request from the relevant authorities.

In the event of account suspension due to a breach of terms, twclub reserves the right to hold funds while an investigation is conducted. The final decision regarding those funds will be communicated within 30 business days.

9Privacy and Data Protection

Twclub takes the protection of users' personal data seriously. All information you provide to us is handled in accordance with the policy set out in twclub Privacy Policy which forms part of this user agreement.

• Your personal data is collected solely for stated purposes — account registration, transaction processing, identity verification, and service communications.
• Twclub does not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
• All data is stored on encrypted servers and accessed only by authorized personnel.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and in certain circumstances, request deletion of your data.

10Liability Cap

Twclub provides its platform "as is" and makes every effort to ensure continuous, error-free service. However, certain limitations on our liability apply.

• Twclub is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party server issues, or natural disasters.
• Twclub is not responsible for game decisions made by users. All betting decisions are entirely the user's own responsibility.
• In the event of a technical error affecting game results, twclub's liability is limited to a refund of the affected wager only.
• In any circumstance, twclub's aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total net deposits made in the 12 months preceding the event in dispute.

11Dispute Resolution

Twclub is committed to resolving disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. The following is the procedure to follow if you have a complaint or dispute.

Step 1 – Contact Customer Support: Submit your complaint to the twclub support team via live chat or email. Include your account details, the date of the incident, and a clear description of the issue. twclub is committed to responding within 24 business hours.

Step 2 – Review by Special Team: If a complaint cannot be resolved at the first support level, it will be escalated to the twclub special review team. A decision will be communicated within 5–10 business days depending on the complexity of the case.

Step 3 – Final Decision: Decisions made by the twclub special review team are final and binding on both parties. Any dispute that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration body.

12Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Twclub reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the twclub.app website.

We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes via in-platform notifications or registered email. However, it is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.

Continued use of the twclub platform after any updated terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and may close your account.
